Located right across the street from Molly's Nipple (local hike) & right next door to “The Farm” a Family owned and operated family fun farm and plant nursery. Only 1.6 miles from Copper Rock golf course, 8 miles from Sand Hollow Reservoir, & 27 miles from Zion. This is a 1600 sq ft basement level rental that has two bedrooms, one bathroom with a washer a dryer, a full kitchen, a living room with larger flat screen TV, and a kid/teen themed family room. The master bedroom has a king size mattress, two comfortable couch chairs, a closet and a dresser. The second bedroom also has a kind size bed, and a bunk bed with a a queen size mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on the top. We have a new Full sized Murphy bed in the front living that we can set up for groups before their arrival upon request. The yard is lush and very spacious, with complimentary farm fresh eggs for each group.The entire 1600 sq ft basement is for the guests as well as the entire gated yard on the west side of the home. The patio has outdoor covered dining and a BBQ. Large capacity of free designated parking along the west side of the driveway. Farm fresh eggs available from the upstairs host. Other things to note: This is a Basement Level Rental with the primary host living on the main (upstairs) level. This beautiful farmland has large dedicated spaces for fruit tree orchards, horses, chickens, ducks, bunnies, cats &dogs.
